Cancellation Policy

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
Check-In time is 12:00 PM and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.

The Credit Card holder must be one of the travelers.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or result from a mistake or error.

The package cannot be combined with any other offer.

Your Credit Card will be charged as Hotel The Onix.

Hotel The Onix reserves the right to change or modify the policy at any time at its own discretion without any prior notice.

Note: Above are the cancellation rules, but we will put our best possible efforts to waive or minimize the cancellation charges.

 Cancellation Charges

• More than 7 days prior to arrival date:
  20% of first room night OR ₹500 (whichever is higher)
• Less than 7 days and more than 2 days prior to arrival date:
  50% of first room night
• Less than 2 days prior to arrival date:
  100% of first room night
